Unlike current inactivated and live-attenuated vaccines, Vaxdigm is establishing a next-gen vaccine platform to develop recombinant protein vaccines based on E protein pentameric structures.

1) Antigen presentation through pentameric structures

2) Pentamer antigen solubility expression using ChaperNova™

3) Microbe-based high-yield, low-cost manufacturing process

2. Antigen strategy

1) Target the neutralizing antibody by targeting the ED3 antigen

2) Naturally encouraging the formation of a pentamer structure by combining with CTB

3) Maintained protein structural stability and antigenic properties

3. Differentiating factor

1) No recombinant protein JE vaccines have been developed so far
