Our Pipeline
TEV (VXD302)
Overview
TEV protease is a high-specificity protein degrading enzyme which selectively cuts recognition sequences (ENLYFQ↓G), being used widely in tag removal and structural/functional research in recombinant proteins. Vaxdigm aims to manufacture recombinant TEV protease stably using ChaperNova™, providing it as an eyzme with high cutting efficiency and purity for RUO (Research use only). Through this, we will develop TEV protease as a standard enzyme to be used in various biological research fields such as protein purification processes and recombinant protein processing.
