Innovating the fundamentals of design and production methods for protein and peptide-based biomaterials

Hello, I am Sung Jae Kim, the CEO of Vaxdigm Co., Ltd.


I founded Vaxdigm to serve the purpose of innovating design and production fundamentals for biomaterials based on proteins and peptides. Although the current bio industry sees exponential growth, there still exists a certain limit to protein manufacturing productivity due to the process’s high complexity and cost. It is inevitable that the commercialization and growth of bio tech faces difficulties if such structural issues remain unresolved. We have constructed the ChaperNova™  platform which, by fundamentally removing issues in solubility and folding, boosts productivity to unprecedented levels. 


Moving forward, we look beyond simple protein production and to a complete design-prediction-production system in collaboration with AI tools, transforming our identity into an AI-Bio platform firm.  We are working on high value-added biomaterials applicable in a variety of fields such as cosmeceuticals, regenerative medicine, vaccines, and biopharmaceuticals, through which we aim to grow into a technical firm possessing global-scale competitiveness. We pledge to continue our technological innovations and venturesome research, making our contributions to improving humanity’s health and standard of life.
